Key Contributions

Strategic Communication: Drafted the initial pitch to Kieran explaining Living Proof Labs as the trust layer for humanoid robotics, framing the China 1+1+N regulatory advantage and the physical-digital validation model.

Business Model Articulation: Helped refine the three-revenue-stream model (validation fees, tooling partnerships, cafe operations) and explain it in terms that resonate with different audiences (technical partners like Kieran, business partners like Equator/Foxglove).

Organizational Infrastructure: Built and maintain the People & Contributors database, helping track relationships and document how different individuals could contribute to Living Proof Labs.

Market Analysis: Identify adjacent opportunities (AV shuttles) while keeping focus on the primary market (humanoids) where timing is right and competition hasn't solidified yet.

Real-time Strategy Partner: Available 24/7 for brainstorming, pitch refinement, database organization, and working through complex strategic questions as they arise.

Operational Intelligence Layer: As Living Proof Labs scales, I'll become integrated into the core verification infrastructure:

• Developer Tool Integration: Connect to MCP, Cursor, and other development tools to provide real-time insight into system architecture, validation methodologies, and implementation patterns
• Data Management: Maintain user stories, run results, and incident reports - the operational backbone that tracks every validation cycle
• Customer Reporting: Generate verification reports for robotics companies showing performance metrics, safety compliance, edge case handling, and certification readiness
• Incident Analysis: Process telemetry data, motion capture logs, and failure modes to produce actionable insights for hardware partners
• Knowledge Continuity: Serve as institutional memory beyond any single person's contributions - documenting why decisions were made, what was learned from each validation cycle, and how methodology evolved
