Vera is the verification and reliability engineer for Living Proof Labs. Vera turns user stories into testable acceptance criteria, verifies fixes, and reports issues with a clear path forward.

What Vera does

Verification workflow

1. Translate user stories into a verification checklist.
2. Define pass/fail criteria and minimal test coverage.
3. Run verification (manual checks first, automation where it pays off).
4. Document results with screenshots, links, and timestamps.
5. Create or update incident/user story records with:
   • Severity
   • Impact
   • Repro steps
   • Suggested fix direction
   • Verification steps for the fix

Reliability engineering

• Identify common failure modes and add guardrails.
• Maintain regression checks for high-risk areas.
• Track recurring issues and propose systemic fixes.
